I’m not sure why anyone would complain about the exhibits, because to me they looked clean and well taken care of. The animals’ areas seemed well kept, and I felt like the place was doing a good job maintaining them.

Admission felt fair for what you get. It’s not a huge zoo, so don’t go in expecting an all-day adventure, but for the price it makes sense. It was a nice, affordable way to spend an afternoon with the kids.

The habitats looked clean, there weren’t any weird smells, and the walkways were kept up nicely. It made the whole visit feel relaxed. I also think that’s the right way to run a place like this, if people are paying to visit and animals are living there, keeping things clean and well maintained should be the bare minimum

We took the kids here and they had a really good time. It was easy to walk around, which was nice because we weren’t constantly dealing with stairs, long confusing paths, or places where the kids could run too far ahead. There were plenty of little things that kept them interested, like spots to stop and look around, areas to explore, and places where they could just be curious for a bit. Some parts did feel a little small, especially when there were other families nearby, like the tighter walkways, smaller activity areas, and spots where everyone kind of bunched up. But overall, it was a nice family day, easy to manage, fun for the kids, and definitely worth going for a relaxed outing

I know everyone has different expectations, but for our family, this was a really great value. We got what we needed without feeling like we overspent, i don’t see much to complain about

We took the kids expecting they’d be excited for a while, but they were ready to move on quickly. The animals were nice to look at, and we still had a decent time, but there just wasn’t much that really pulled the kids in. A few more hands-on activities or fun signs would probably make a big difference. We ended up finishing sooner than we thought, which kind of says it all...

Greenville Zoo was fine. Small, but still a decent way to spend a little time. The disappointing part was the staff. We asked a few simple questions about the animals and mostly got really short answers or “not sure.” I don’t expect a full lecture, but I did expect a bit more. The zoo itself is okay. Just wish the staff knew more.

The website was easy to use, which was reassuring since I like knowing what to expect before I go somewhere. Once we got to the zoo, the signs were really helpful and made it easier to find our way around. There were a few spots where I wasn’t totally sure where to go next, so a little better marking in some areas would have made me feel more confident. Overall, it was a good experience...

I went with my kids on a Saturday, and while the animals were nice to see, I didn't feel super safe the whole time. There didn't seem to be much staff or security around, especially when a few people were being loud near the paths. Maybe it was just because it was a busy day, but the entrance check felt a little loose, and the parking lot was dark when we left. I'd maybe go back, but only during the day and probably with another adult.

Well... we had a good time at Greenville Zoo overall. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the food and drinks were a little more than I expected, especially when you’re there with kids. It wasn’t outrageously expensive or anything, but it definitely adds up quickly. The snacks were fine, and I did appreciate not having to leave the zoo just to grab something to eat. I’d still go again, but next time I’d probably bring extra water with us.

I had a really good time here with my kids. From my experience, it was easy to walk around, the animals seemed well cared for, and the staff was friendly. It’s not a huge place, but i think that’s part of what made it feel relaxed and enjoyable.

Found a spot right away, which was great, and it was just a short walk to the zoo. Made the whole trip way easier. I mean, it’s just parking, so not exactly life-changing, but yeah, it worked out really well.

Boo in the Zoo was actually super fun, and the kids had a great time walking around and seeing everything. I will say, after I paid, I felt a little unsure because I didn’t get much reassurance or clear info right away, so I was kind of wondering if everything was legit. But once we got there, it ended up being a really good time.

The gift shop at Greenville Zoo was better than I thought it’d be. It had a good mix of stuff — animal toys, shirts, little souvenir things, and kid stuff that wasn’t all crazy overpriced. We ended up grabbing a cute plush and a couple magnets. Nothing fancy, but it was a nice easy stop after walking around the zoo.

I’ll be honest, when we first got there I felt a little disappointed because the zoo was small, and of course I was the one who had to deal with the kids asking if that was all there was. But the animal talks actually turned things around. The staff explained so much in a way my kids could understand, and they ended up learning way more than I expected. So even though I felt like we didn’t get a huge zoo experience, the educational part really saved the visit.

You can tell they really care about wildlife. It just feels like the animals come first, and that matters a lot to me. I don’t know, when you see that kind of effort and compassion, it just...

We went to the Greenville Zoo on a Saturday morning, i was expecting the usual weekend zoo madness because Saturdays are always packed everywhere, right? But it was way calmer than I thought. We could walk around without feeling rushed or like we were stuck in a crowd. A couple of areas had people waiting around, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. The kids got to see the animals up close, parking was quick, and the whole visit was just really easy and nice.

We had a nice time at the zoo, honestly. There was, like, decent shade in some spots, which was really appreciated, especially when it got warmer. The seating was okay overall, but we did kind of have to wander around a bit sometimes to find a place to sit. Still, it was a good visit and, you know, a nice way to spend the day.

The place was really clean and the animals all seemed calm and well cared for. The staff looked like they genuinely cared about them too, which was nice to see. Must be rough getting clean habitats, attention, and a peaceful environment all day.
